"A Cooking School On Wheels"

  Chef Anthony considers the world to be ones pantry. Foods from across the globe can excite the palate, and stimulate the senses. He remembers at an early age watching his father, Jack, working the line in a local restaurant. He would lay crouched in a small space in the corner of the kitchen, learning everything he could, not much at six years old, but a start none the less. Other memories: His grandmother stirring luscious smelling concoctions in a small apartment kitchen in Los Angeles;  His aunts in Las Vegas with their own eateries;  His aunt Bryna and her tastings of old world Italian cuisine or his aunt Adrianne, taking him and his cousins to the shore, and sampling a days worth of fresh caught Lobster, Cod, and Crab.

Finally his own dream turned to reality... Flashbacks Diner located in the minuscule Upstate New York college town of Oneonta. He is tested by the heat of his own kitchen, and brings to the art, a passion for cooking that holds his hands to the fire. Now his sons, Chad and Michael, both great cooks in their own rights, share his passion.  Now he asks for the opportunity to bring that same passion to you. As they say, “ try it, you’ll like it”.
